Overview
RenoLuma is provided by braid ai labs, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist, buy credits, sign in, use renovation tools, publish a project, or contact us. It also explains why we use that information, which services process it, how long we keep it, and the rights you may have.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you join the waitlist, start checkout, create an account, or contact us, we collect information such as your email address, name, account profile details, support messages, and the source of a waitlist signup.
When you use RenoLuma, we collect the room photos and style reference images you upload, selected or custom style, budget, location, preservation constraints, drawn regions, project notes, generated prompts, selected models, processing status, generated renovation images, saved styles, cost ranges, credit balance, and purchase history.
Room photos and style reference images
You can upload room photos so RenoLuma can use the existing camera angle, layout, and fixed constraints when it creates a renovation image. These photos may be stored in your project history and sent to third-party AI providers used for rendering, photo sorting, quality checks, and cost analysis. We do not use room photos to train our own AI models.
If you ask RenoLuma to sort a project's photos into spaces, the AI provider receives the current photo gallery for that project. If you save a style from uploaded images, the provider receives those images so it can describe the style. RenoLuma retains up to four of those reference images with the saved style outside any single project.
AI providers handle images under their own privacy and retention practices. Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information or people who have not agreed to that use.
Payment information
RenoLuma sells one-time credit packs. We collect billing records such as email address, selected pack, credit amount, purchase status, and Stripe checkout identifiers. Stripe processes card and payment method details; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
We and our service providers may log technical information as you use the service, including IP address, user agent, pages visited, features used, session data, device and browser identifiers, rough location, errors, and timestamps. This data helps us keep the service reliable, secure, and useful.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve RenoLuma.
- Register waitlist interest and send the launch email.
- Process one-time purchases, grant credits, and show purchase history.
- Authenticate accounts through magic links or supported OAuth providers.
- Render and check renovation images, sort project photos into spaces, save styles from uploaded images, and prepare cost ranges.
- Communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
AI processing
To render a renovation concept, we send your room photo, renovation settings, drawn regions, project notes, and related prompt data to our AI infrastructure. We may send the source photo and generated image to AI providers again to check the result and prepare the cost ranges. Generated images are stored so you can view your history and download them after signing in.
Photo sorting sends the current project gallery to an AI provider so it can group every photo into spaces. Saving a style sends the style reference images to an AI provider so it can describe the palette, materials, finish, and light. The provider's processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your renovation inputs or generated images, and we do not use them to train our own AI models. Do not submit sensitive personal information in room photos, style reference images, style, location, project notes, or drawn-region fields.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember cookie-consent choices, protect sessions, and understand how the service is used. If optional analytics are enabled, they may help us measure traffic and product usage. You can change the optional analytics choice through Cookie settings in the site footer or app menu. Browser settings can block storage, but some features may not work without essential cookies.
Your renovation content
You own the text, prompts, and other content you submit. We access it only to provide the service, including running generation, showing previews and history, keeping backups, and responding to support requests you initiate.
Public project links
If you create a public link, RenoLuma publishes the before and after photo for every rendered view in that project. You can also choose to publish its cost estimates. Anyone who has the link can open the page without signing in, so treat the link like access to the photos it contains.
A public page does not include unrendered uploads, your address or location setting, private project notes, prompts, or saved style images. A recipient can start a project with the same design direction, but RenoLuma does not copy your photos into the recipient's account.
You can stop sharing from the project. This invalidates the link and its image routes. Someone who viewed the page while it was public may still have a screenshot or other copy they made themselves.
Data security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and controls that limit access. No service can guarantee complete security. If an incident creates a legal notice obligation, we will notify affected users as required.
Data retention
We keep account information, project history, generated images, saved styles, and up to four reference images for each saved style for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Waitlist records are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them. Purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may be retained longer where required or appropriate.
Room photos and saved style reference images may remain in account storage until you delete your account or ask us to remove them. Removing a photo, project, or saved style from the workspace does not guarantee immediate removal from storage. Legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and backup retention needs may also apply.
Third-party services
We share data with vendors that help us run RenoLuma, including payment processors, cloud hosting and storage providers, AI model infrastructure, transactional email providers, analytics services, and supported login providers such as Discord. We limit the data we provide to what is needed for each service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Use the controls available in your account or email us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. When applicable law requires a separate notice, we will provide it by email or in the product.
